Trainings for Passive House Standard and international accreditation “Certified Passive House Designer”

The Passive House Standard has been successfully adopted by most countries and is applicable for many building types. Passive buildings can achieve up to 90% energy savings for the heating and cooling of existing buildings and up to 75 % energy savings compared to new construction.

According to the Directive 2010/31 / EU, all country members of the European Union must ensure that after December 31, 2018, all public buildings must have nearly zero energy consumption and after December 31, 2020 all new buildings must be nearly zero energy.
Passive buildings, with their extremely low energy consumption, meet the requirements of Directive 2010/31/EU for nearly zero energy buildings and are a base for zero energy buildings.
In the recent years, we have conducted trainings in Bulgaria and in other European countries and have received high praise from our participants. Based on the experience and the feedback from many of the professionals who trained with us, we have created an innovative system that aims to be more successful in helping our students to accumulate the knowledge and skill-set required for Passive House construction.
